Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the WZN website or mobile app, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and others who access the platform.

2. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking periodically for updates.

3. Eligibility
To register for and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up and to update your profile if any information changes.

4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

• - Subscriptions are offered as recurring monthly plans or by weekly.
• - Subscriptions start three (3) business days after full payment is received.
• - Payments are processed securely. We accept valid credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.
• - Prices may be changed with prior notice of at least 30 days. Promotions or discounts do not apply retroactively.

6. Subscription Plans & Deliveries

• - WZN offers multiple plans: 1 to 4 meals with snacks.
• - Each subscription covers 26 days or Daily or by weekly of deliveries, excluding Fridays.
• - Friday deliveries may be arranged with additional fees.
• - Delivery hours may vary depending on traffic and operational circumstances.
• - If the customer does not respond within 5 minutes of driver arrival, the order will be returned to the branch and considered delivered.

7. Delivery Address & Changes

• - Meals are delivered to one address per subscription.
• - Address changes require 2 business days' notice and management approval.
• - Meals will be handed to any person available at the delivery location.

8. Meal Storage and Consumption

• - Customers must store meals in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery.
• - Meals should be consumed within 24 hours of delivery for safety and freshness.
• - WZN is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

9. Pause, Transfer, or Cancel Subscription

• - Subscriptions can be paused for up to 2 months. Pauses beyond this duration will be treated as cancellations.
• - Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. However, unused days may be transferred to another user or exchanged for in-store meals.
• - Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days in advance.

10. Health & Dietary Information

• - Our meals are not designed for individuals with severe allergies or serious medical conditions.
• - Customers must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions. WZN is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and app, including logos, meal designs, photos, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of WZN. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

12. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• - Misuse the platform or interfere with other users’ access.
• - Post or transmit false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• - Use bots or automated tools to manipulate the platform. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

13. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• - We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access to the services.
• - We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• - Our liability is limited to the value of your last paid subscription.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WZN harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, weather, war, strikes, internet disruptions, or government restrictions.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.

17. Severability
If any term herein is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
